The black watch face has a diamond chip at 12 o'clock which is flanked by 12K gold leaves.  'Black Hills Gold' is inscribed in script just below the diamond chip.  'Diamond' and 'Quartz' are inscribed just above the 6 o'clock position.

The outside edges of the sterling silver tips are diamond-cut for added sparkle.
